I became so horribly sick the last time I took one ,years ago and they thought they were going to have to put me in the hospital . I swore right then and there I would never take a flu shot again as long as I lived . I never have and I plan to keep that same philosophy .phoneladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15941892184117571313noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-606637689904713685.post-62335311982170631222010-10-06T02:40:45.280-07:002010-10-06T02:40:45.280-07:00Hi Jo,

I've learned (the hard way) not to correct for an adrenaline high.Mrs. Harerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04217853524675322625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-606637689904713685.post-57970748920517089142010-10-05T21:02:28.554-07:002010-10-05T21:02:28.554-07:00Ellie went high today out of the blue and we figur...Ellie went high today out of the blue and we figured out that she was upset about her Omnipod pod. She must have hit it or something she said it hurt and then proceeded to get extreamly upset about it. Next thing I know she's at 350! When she finally laid down and relaxed, falling asleep...boom she dropped down to target within about 40 minutes. It is amazing how many factors we have to factor. If we had treated that 350...ew, not good. We get flu shots now too. I HATE THEM!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-606637689904713685.post-46891786476793727162010-10-05T20:28:05.396-07:002010-10-05T20:28:05.396-07:00Even back when Bryce was on MDI and giving us no p...Even back when Bryce was on MDI and giving us no problems with his insulin shots, he would freak out having to get a flu shot. Blows my mind! Last year, got all 3 of my boys vaccinated and I swear it sounded like we were performing torture on them!Denisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07490374648906561675noreply@blogger.com
