Knock Knock

Who's there?
35.
35 who?
35g of extra carbs we needed to keep Elise's BG up through the night and she STILL hovered in the 60s.

Oh man, I am so tired I think I might vomit.

Actually, I woke up with a sore throat and feeling nauseous, so there's a very good chance I could vomit.

I just don't know what to do anymore.

  3. A nap sounds like a great idea! I was up 1/2 the night last night too.

And, we had the opposite problem with Zane's BG two nights ago. He was HIGH all night from underbolusing pizza. :( We were up all night trying to get him down!

Try to get some rest today!

  5. Hold on, Joanne. Just keep holding on. Rest when you can- erreands and Christmas be damned. Sending you big prayers and big hugs! I wish we were closer- we'd love to watch her so you could sleep a little.

  6. I think you need to have a serious talk with Elise's pancreas. If she is sputtering, it may be bacause she thinks she is helping.

Calmly explain to her that you don't need her anymore. Tell her that you and Fred have Elise covered, and if that doesn't work...

    POW!!!!!!!!!! Right in the kisser!

    (Figuratively....of course.)

    I'm sorry...diabetes never makes sense. :(
